Within the program you use to view webpages there are two locations often used to display the name of the program.
The first is in the top bar of the programs window (For example the blue bar in the image below)
The second is at the base of the help menu on the tool bar, also shown below.
If you cannot find the name in either of these places you could be using a custom browser and should ask your IT team about the problem you are experiencing.
