ifs ProShare, a member led organisation that acts as the voice of the employee share ownership industry in the UK, today announced the appointment of Julie Richardson as their new Head of Employee Share Ownership and Phil Hall as the new Head of ifs ProShare.
Julie joins from Capita where she was employed as Head of Sharesave, and will be reporting to the newly appointed Head of ifs ProShare, Phil Hall.
Hall was previously Head of Media & Public Affairs at ifs ProShare but has now taken over responsibility for the running of the organisation from ifs School of Finance Director Anne Kiem.
Richardson said, “I am delighted to be joining ifs ProShare and am confident of being able to add real value to the organisation. I look forward to working with members and other stakeholders to further enhance the reputation and activities of ifs ProShare over the coming months and years.”
Hall added, “Julie has over 15 years experience in the world of employee share plans and is a very well respected figure within the ESO industry so we are very pleased to have someone of Julie’s calibre as our Head of Employee Share Ownership.
I am sure that Julie will help ifs ProShare continue to go from strength to strength and look forward to working with her to achieve this.”
