Killik Employee Services ("KES") officially launched in Oct 2001 offering quality, bespoke and flexible share scheme administration to Corporate clients. Since launching its services in 2001 KES has been extremely successful in acquiring new business and is confident that growth will continue. As a result KES is expanding its team in London and is seeking a further Client Relationship Manager to join the team.
Develop and manage existing and new corporate client relationships, in terms of delivery to corporate customers and contributing to the ongoing development of KES and its range of services.
Relationship Manager for a range of Clients
Direct contact and close liaison with the administration team to ensure services are delivered in line with clients expectations
Implementation of new clients and services
Support Client/Employee seminars, which may include Share Scheme education or financial advice.
Contribute to the strategy and on-going development of KES
Cross selling of additional products and services to existing client base
Liaison with other areas at Killik & Co to deliver combined service to client
Managing relationships and Client focus
Commercial awareness
Product knowledge (Not essential as training will be provided)
