  • On receipt of this form we will invoice your organisation for the full amount. On receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed.
  • Replacements for delegates who are unable to attend will be accepted at any time.
  • A full refund of the fee less £75 + VAT administration few (per delegate) will be given for cancellations received up to 14 working days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing and reach this office before the 14 day deadline.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 14 working days before the event.
  • ifs ProShare reserves the right to amend the programme without notice.
  • Photographs will be taken on the day. These may be used by ifs ProShare for future promotional purposes.
