Private Reception Area Booking

This is available to ifs ProShare members only.

Subject to availability, the booking of a Private Reception Area, if booked by 30 June 2008, will guarantee you a premium position table in the Grand Hall during the Awards Dinner. The number of Private Reception Areas is strictly limited and they are available on a first-come first-served basis to Members Only.

Your booking will include the following:

A private area in the Drawing Room for you and your guests to enjoy champagne and canapes prior to the Awards Dinner
Signage within your private area with your company name and/or logo
A magnum bottle of chamagne presented on your table at the dinner(s)
An opportunity for you and your guests to have a souvenir photo taken with the Guest Speaker, which will be burnt onto a CD and sent to you after the event
Option to pay for champagne flutes personalised with your company's name/logo (minimum order 20) which will be available for you to keep after the event (NB ifs ProShare is not responsible for any breakages)

All places in the Grand Hall are now fully booked.

* Table prices in the Balmoral Room are discounted by 10%. Some tables have a restricted view of the stage but there will be a large screen so that guests can see the Awards Ceremony.

Terms & Conditions

Tables in a premium position in the Grand Hall are limited and can only be guaranteed to those booking a private champagne area by 30 June 2008, subject to availability
After the Members’ Priority Booking Period, tables will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
Tables may be booked and invoiced in one name only
On receipt of this booking form, your organisation will be invoiced for the total cost of your bookings + VAT
Bookings will be confirmed and tables allocated only when payment has been received
Guests may not bring their own place namecards
If you would like to leave gifts for your guests they must be delivered to the venue in advance in agreement with ifs ProShare
If you cancel your booking before Friday 17 October, you will entitled to a refund, minus a £100 administration fee
Any bookings cancelled after Friday 17 October will not be entitled to a refund
